1.1 Personal Information
Our App can be used anonymously without creating an account. However, if you choose to create an account (which is optional and only required for features like leaderboard participation), we collect the following personal information:
- Public Profile Name: Only if you choose to sign in using a third-party authentication provider like Google, Facebook etc.
- Email Address: Only if you choose to sign in using a third-party authentication provider like Google, Facebook etc.
- User Account Information:
- Account ID: A unique identifier for your account
- Account Creation Date
- Game Progress and Achievement Data
- Leaderboard Rankings and Scores
- Authentication Provider Information (if using third-party sign-in)
This account information is securely stored in our database and is used to:
- Manage your account authentication and access
- Track and display your game progress and achievements
- Maintain leaderboard positions and rankings
- Sync your game progress across devices
- Contact you regarding your account, updates, or support
1.2 Anonymous Usage Data
Whether or not you create an account, we automatically collect certain basic information about our app on your device for the purpose of improving app functionality and user experience. This information includes:
- Device Information:
- Basic device type and operating system version
- Device identifiers (including Firebase Installation ID and Device ID where necessary for app functionality)
- Screen resolution and display settings
- Diagnostic Data: Anonymous crash reports and performance data used for debugging and improving the App's functionality.
- Basic Analytics: Anonymous statistics about game features used and general gameplay patterns to help us improve the game experience.
1.3 Third Party Service providers
This app utilizes Unity Ads, a third-party advertising platform. Unity Ads may collect certain information about your device and
usage of the app, such as your device ID, IP address, and in-app behavior. This data is used to deliver relevant ads and for analytics purposes. Since this app targets children
as well, we are using Families Self-Certified Ads SDK version of Unity Ads that take
cares of the data being collected and Ads content served to the children.

1.4 Game Progress
For anonymous users, game progress is stored locally on your device. If you choose to create an account, your progress can be synchronized across devices.
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
- To Provide and Maintain Our Service: Ensuring the App functions as intended and providing
necessary customer support.
- To Communicate with You: Sending you administrative information, updates, security alerts,
and responses to your inquiries.
- To provide a better in app experience: We use your User ID just as a unique identifier to distinguish you from other users in the app.
Your public profile name is shared with other users within the app so you can be recognized as a competitive player on the Leaderboard.
2a. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal information based on the following legal grounds:
- Contract Performance: Processing necessary to provide our services and fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving our services, preventing fraud, and ensuring network security.
- Legal Compliance: Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Consent: Where required by law, we will process your data based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
2b. International Data Transfers

We retain different types of information for specific periods:
- Account Information:
- Active accounts: Retained while your account remains active
- Inactive accounts: Deleted after 24 months of inactivity
- Upon request: Deleted within 45 days of your deletion request
- Game Progress:
- Active accounts: Retained while account is active
- Deleted upon account deletion or specific request
- Usage Analytics:
- Retained in anonymized form for up to 26 months
- Raw analytics data deleted after 14 months
- Communication Records:
- Support emails and communication: Retained for 24 months
- Transaction records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
If you want us to delete your information, you need to email us at appsupport@teksense.io and ask us to delete your data. To fully delete your information from our systems, please contact us directly.

While we do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable request, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request if it is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
You also have the right to appeal our decision regarding your privacy rights request. To file an appeal, please contact us at appsupport@teksense.io with the subject line "VCDPA Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within 60 days.
6. Opting Out of Data Sharing
While we do not sell your personal information, we understand you may want to limit how your information is shared. You have the following options to control your data:
- Essential Service Providers: Some data sharing with our service providers (such as authentication providers) is necessary to provide our core services. This sharing cannot be opted out of while using our App.

- Include your account email address and specify which types of sharing you want to opt out of
- We will process your request within 45 days and confirm once completed

or the content of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected
personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our records.
